Terms & Conditions

Basic Requirements 

Dogs must be provided with collars, harnesses and leads. Tags with the correct information must also be worn on the dog at all times. Myself (Becca) and Mum (Avril) are not responsible if tags are lost on the walks.

If your dog shows any change in behaviour towards other dogs or people then please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can give the best care to all client's dogs.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your booked service, providing you give a minimum of 24 hours notice, you will not be charged the full price for that service.

Holiday

Myself (Becca) and Mum (Avril) will take a maximum of 28 days per year, including bank holidays. If a service is needed on a bank holiday it will be charged an extra 50% of that service. 

We will give at least a month's notice but will give as much notice as possible if we can. 

When you are taking holiday, a 2 week notice is required.

Notice

If you wish to leave Paws And Hooves for any reason you will be required to provide a month's notice.

Liability

Myself (Becca) and Mum (Avril) will maintain liability insurance at all times. We are not responsible for any harm caused by your dog/s whilst in our care, you agree to be liable if your dog/s harms another dog/person.

We shall not be held liable for damage or loss within the property.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, Myself (Becca) or Mum (Avril) agrees to notify you on the phone number you have provided us with as soon as possible. If you can not be reached, we will take the necessary actions required i.e. taking to the vet.

I also carry a first aid box in the van at all times.
